Sales and Marketing Specialist

Are you looking to be a part of a growing international organization? We, Touring Cars are a pioneer in motorhome vacations and are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience to join our team!
Your work will be creative, varied, and social, within a trendy holiday concept. You will work as a part of the Sales and Marketing team to develop and grow Touring Cars motorhome holiday sales.
The sales duties include e.g. booking management, invoicing and receivables. Travel Agent co-operation and direct sales to end customer with all channels, including phone, chat and email. Sales promotion requests, campaign ideas and implementing promotion. Also collecting requested data from the system and reporting further.
The marketing duties include e.g. e-mail marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, social media customer service, event marketing, managing CRM, collecting relevant statistics and assisting the team members.
Your background
- Sales and Marketing Experience: You are already experienced in sales, marketing and customer communication.
- Communication: You are a driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills in English and Finnish (German and Swedish +). You are also able to engage stakeholders and create tight long-lasting relationships.
- Education: You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Self-management: You are organized, systematic and able to work against deadlines and within different processes. You also have ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.
- Team Collaboration: You have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
